The Australian
Centre for Natural Health and Wellness (ACNHW) will respect the
privacy of every patient/client treated at ACNHW. ACNHW will treat
our patients/clients personal and health information in accordance
with the requirements of the National Privacy Principles under the
Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment Act 2000 (Cth) (see

State and Territory Guidelines.
ACNHW patients'/clients’ health and other information will be stored
securely. Patients/clients may access their own health information upon
written request.
ACNHW commits to ensuring that all personal information it keeps
concerning its patients/clients remains accurate, complete and up to
date.
ACNHW subscribes to the policy of openness required under the
National Privacy Principles and relevant State Guidelines relating
to the management of personal information.
ACNHW will periodically contact patients/clients on various issues. This may
include newsletters, promotions or information on seminars.
Notification from patients/clients will be recorded if they do not
wish us to contact them on any particular issues.
